Step 3: Gather Test Scores for the Hathaway Scholarship
Apply through UW or use the Common Application if you're also applying to other schools. There is a low $40 non-refundable application fee to apply and it takes about 10 minutes.
Have your official transcripts sent directly from your high school to us at:
UW Admissions 1000 E. University Ave, Dept. 3435 Laramie, WY 82071
UW will be test-optional in reviewing admission decisions for the upcoming academic year, but ACT/SAT scores are still required to be eligible for the Hathaway Scholarship — which will be provisionally awarded once you are accepted. Learn more about the Hathaway.
Step 4: Submit Incoming Course Credit & Scores
If you've taken college-level examinations that are eligible for college credit, such as AP or IB, be sure to have the testing agency submit your official scores to UW admissions. If you have dual or concurrent enrollment credit, we'll need official transcripts for those too. Learn more!
Nothing you expected, everything you dreamed.
PRO TIP: Don't forget about our Cowboy Commitment which has a test-optional column for Wyoming residents this year! This commitment is also provisionally awarded to admitted students.
Our average 14:1 student-to-faculty ratio gives students individualized attention.
